Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Metro Cities).
Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the products.
Free shipping may apply to select orders or during promotional periods. Refer to our Promotions section for more details.

5. Delivery Location
We currently ship to locations within India only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly through Shiprocket or the courier partner’s website.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact our support team as soon as possible to update the details.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to resolve the issue.

9. Custom Duties and Taxes
For domestic orders, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the product price.
If you’re purchasing from a different region, additional taxes, or duties might apply as per the local laws.
